Message Types & Frequency

Transactional texts: order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery alerts, and customer-service notices (typically 1–5 messages per order).

Promotional texts: exclusive offers, product launches, cart reminders, events, and surveys (up to 4 messages per month, unless you engage in a two-way conversation).
